HMS Housing and Developments is owned and operated by Hayden Matthews. Hayden grew up in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, and received a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University. When Hayden is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing. Hayden has two daughters, and is married to Sydney who helps him at HMS.

Hayden looks forward to providing the community he grew up in with great quality, affordable houses in Hanna’s Place as Kingfisher continues to grow.

Hayden’s favorite part of building custom homes and contracting for renovations is seeing someone else’s vision come to life.
